Coach Marc Adler is the founder of Amoney Sportz. Marc attended Montville High School and was a varsity basketball starter all four years. During this time he also led his AAU team to two straight AAU National appearances, playing against and with athletes such as Amare Stoudemire (Phoenix Suns), Louel Deng (Chicago Bulls) and JR Smith (Denver Nuggets). Marc participated in the Maccabi games in 2001 leading his team to the Gold Medal.Coach Marc played college basketball at SUNY Brockport. He was selected to the SUNYAC All Academic Team during his freshman year. Since graduating Summa Cum laude with a 3.8 gpa, Marc has done professional recruiting for semi pro teams and has worked with the University of Rhode Island Division 1 Girl's Basketball team. Currently Marc coaches AAU teams, runs clinics and camps for all age groups and conducts private lessons.. He has worked extensively with professional coaches and players. Coach Marc strives to take each and every player to the next level. Last season Coach Marc guided his 8th grade team to the AAU Nationals down in Disney! He has built a winning foundation with great coaches and great kids in the Amoney All Starz Family!
Coach Tyrone Royster was a three sport athlete in high school excelling at basketball becoming a two year captain of the varsity basketball team. In his junior and in his senior season he won the coaches award (co-mvp).He attended Caldwell College and William Paterson playing basketball at both schools. He majored in criminal justice and sociology. He played basketball for Mark Corino while attending Caldwell College which is a Division II basketball program. While playing there his team won their conference tournament. The team then traveled to Paris, France for a ten day pro-am exhibition trip, playing four games against pro competition.Coach Tyronne loves the game of basketball and is a Gym Rat.. He wants to mentor the kids he coaches by teaching them respect and hard work that way it will not only help them on the court but it will help them off the court.
Coach Tarell Robinson played High School Basketball at the Prestigious High School. St. Benedict's Prep. There he played alongside JR Smith (NY Knicks) Alex Galindo (Puerto Rico National Team) and Bashir Mason(Head Coach Wagner University). He then went on to play collegiate basketball at Caldwell college
and ultimately finishing his collegiate career at Rutgers University-Camden. During his senior season he was top 20 in the NJAC in Blocks, Rebounds, and Steals. Immediately following his senior year Robinson he went straight into the coaching field as a Grad Assistant at Rutgers University. There he helped bridge the gap between the players and coaching staff. After graduating Robinson joined his Uncle and Mentor Vincent Robinson in creating the Prestigious Prep school "The Robinson School". At The Robinson School Coach Tarell played a pivotal role in assisting over 50 student athletes receive full scholarships to NCAA Division I and Division II Colleges and Universities. During his 4 year tenure at The Robinson School they were ranked in the top 20 each year, peaking at # 9 in the 2010-2011 season. Coach Tarell has also taken to the personal training where he focuses on skill development. He has worked with well over 100 athletes at the High School
level or below. He has worked with 75+ athletes at the Collegiate level. As well as 25+ athletes at the professional level. Coach Tarell loves working with kids of all ages, he will truly be a huge asset to the Amoney Family!
Coach Ked Novembre is a Newark, NJ native and graduate of New Jersey City University with degrees in Finance and Computer Science. With over TWENTY plus years of coaching experience Coach Ked has never lost his passion for the game. After playing varsity baseball at Clifford J. Scott HS he took over as the lead youth and teen sports coordinator for the Montclair YMCA servicing ages 1-18 while attending college. There he founded the very successful Montclair Panthers travel basketball program which included middle school and high school boys/girls teams in partnership with the YMCA and the Montclair School District. With Ked's leadership this program was able earn multiple division and finals championships over the years including 10 straight finals appearances in three separate divisions simultaneously...still a record. Being a strong believer in coaching and player development he also started the Montclair Winners community program. Kids in the community and surrounding areas from grades 1st- High School could come and develop their skills, become better players, and learn to work as a team. Young aspiring coaches from grades 11 and up can also come to learn how to become leaders and service their communities. Ked is not only proud of the accomplishments within these programs but also the success of the players once they move on...Many of his players have been recruited to top HS programs in NJ such as Seton Hall Prep, St. Peters Prep, Hudson Catholic, Patrick School, as well as various D1 and D2 college programs. Coach Ked's belief in working hard and as a team with positive energy served what Amoney Sportz is all about!
Coach Mickey Gilberti has loved basketball all of his life and played 4 years of HS and varsity basketball. He went on to play for Guilford College for two years. His freshman year, Guilford went to the D3 NCAA tournament's final four. After two years at Guilford, Mickey transferred to Fairleigh Dickinson (Madison campus) and majored in sports administration. While Mickey was at Fairleigh Dickinson, he coached the Ridge freshmen team for a season, where his team made the championship. Mickey's love and passion for kids brought him to work at the Somerset Hills YMCA for six years at various camps and teaching sports classes. He also has coached the YMCA "SHY Storm" travel team and now ready to join the AMoney Sportz, family ! Mickey is really excited to be at AMoney Sportz and cannot wait to share his knowledge and love of the game to the players at Amoney !
Coach David Hepburn is a graduate from Bernards High school. Growing up, he played a wide array of sports but chose to stick with basketball when going into high school. Playing not only for his school team all four years, (varsity for three of those years) but also played on several AAU teams in that time. Last year, (2015), his passion for the game led him to start coaching at the Somerset Hills YMCA with the youth basketball league, (5th-8th grade). There he helped his team's win a championship and get two other second place finishes. His goal as a coach is not only to help further his players on the basketball court but also to help them become better young men and women off the court. Hard work, respect, and sportsmanship are just a couple values that are important to him and will be bringing to the Amoney family!
Coach Josh Breitman brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Amoney Family: He had been the head Girls' Varsity and Middle School Basketball coach for 10 years at Golda Och Academy, while also coaching varsity soccer, baseball, softball, and cross country. He has coached the Nationally known AAU Program, The NJ Roadrunners, where the list of NBA and division I players is extensive. He has worked at many Basketball camps and was also the athletic Director at sleep away camp: As a teacher he has taught Health and Physical Education for pre-k through fifth grade. He has his Masters of Science in Sports Management from California University of Pennsylvania. He also received his K-12 Health and Physical Education teacher certification from Kean University. We can not be more thrilled to have Josh bring is knowledge and countless years of experience to Amoney!
Coach Marc Gold is a multiple sport athlete, having played soccer, lacrosse, basketball, baseball, and football throughout his athletic career. Coach Gold, along with Coach Marc has played with various AAU programs such as, New Jersey Wildcats, Morris County Bulls and New York City Gauchos. Coach Gold played varsity for three years at both backcourt positions. He was elected captain his junior and senior years and was named to first and second team all conference respectfully both of those years. Coach Gold is a teacher at Mapplewood middle school He has now picked up a whistle to become a coach. Marc has coached multiple teams, including boys' and girls' teams, from the age ranges of third grade to ninth grade. Coach Gold has been the Head coach of the Amoney All Starz 5th, 6th, grade teams over the last 3 years! He has a natural way with kids and motivates them to be the best player they can be! He has racked up numerous Tournament Championships in the Amoney Organization!
Coach Lorie Khalil is a new coach to the Amoney All Starz staff and could not be more excited to her ! Coach Khalil is entering her sixth season as head coach of the Centenary women's basketball program. In 2009-10, she guided the team to a 15-11 record. Khalil is a 2003 graduate of Moravian College, where she was a two-year member of the women's basketball team. Prior to transferring to Moravian, Khalil originally attended Delaware Valley College where she also played two seasons for its women's program. While at DVC, she was a participant on their 2000-01 ECAC Mid-Atlantic Region Championship team. Before her college basketball career, she was a very successful three-sport athlete at Catasauqua High School, in Catasauqua, Pa. Khalil has been coaching at various basketball camps for the past nine years, including the University of Connecticut, University of Maryland, Villanova University and WNBA New York Liberty camp. Khalil was a Special Ability extra in the inspirational women's basketball movie "Our Lady of Victory." She has also been featured in Garden State Woman, the New Jersey based magazine which highlights educators and business woman of the state.
Coach Adam Katz is a Morris Hills High School graduate and is very excited about being part of the AMoney Sportz program for the first time. Adam was a 2-year varsity captain, and 3 year starter on the Morris Hills basketball team as well as a 1-year captain of the varsity soccer team and 4 year starter. He was nominated to the 1st team All-County for two years for his basketball accomplishments along with receiving All-State recognition. He was also nominated to the 2nd All-State for soccer. He is a 1000 point scorer at Morris Hills and currently holds the scoring record. Adam is a junior at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison and is captain of the men's basketball team. For his career he is averaging just under 15 points and 3 assists per game with a point total of 996. He is in his 3rd year of studying Finance and maintaining a 3.5 GPA. Adam has been a coach at the Morris Hills/Morris Knolls basketball camps over the past 4 years and runs and helps with many basketball clinics and camps. He has worked with many players doing private lessons and running practices for AAU teams when he is not playing. His knowledge of the game and his ability to teach is why so many players love playing for him!
Coach Omotayo Mebude Jr (Coach O) Has been coaching for multiple teams over the last six years. He has coached at the Maplewood 8th grade school team all the six years and two years with the South Mountain YMCA AAU Basketball team winning many championships along the way. Coach O's energy and enthusiasm rubs off on all of his players and takes their game to the next level. He has been involved in basketball his whole life playing basketball at multiple levels throughout his career. His ability to bond with the kids and teach them skills on and off the court separates him from so many coaches. He is a true winner and we could not be more excited to have join the Amoney All Starz family!
Coach Alex Katz is a recent graduate of FDU-Madison. She played both soccer and basketball for CCM's Titans and the Fairleigh Dickinson Devils. She was an Honorable Mention All American Soccer Player for CCM, as well as 2nd Team All conference in Basketball. As a captain she led the Lady Titans of CCM to a conference and regional championship for two consecutive years. At FDU she was the recipient of the Wade D. Watkins award for hard work and sportsmanship. She has been coaching basketball for three years for various levels of girl's teams. This year she was the Varsity-Assistant coach for the Morris Hills' Lady Knights basketball program. She has had the pleasure of coaching at a number of summer basketball camps such as CCM's summer girl's basketball camps, as well as Bill Nieman's summer basketball camps and coaching AAU teams of the summer. She is a role model to many young girls all around the state!
Coach Nick Ciresi, a native of Kings Park, NY, was a 5 year (8th-12th grade) Varsity Basketball player at Kings Park High School. He was named captain his junior and senior seasons, and eclipsed 1,000 career points during his senior year. He was a member of the Empire State Games Long Island region team that took the Silver medal at Binghamton University in the summer of 2004. Coach Ciresi went on to play 4 years of collegiate basketball at Union College in Schenectady, NY, where he was a senior captain. During his senior season at Union he led the Liberrty League conference in 3FG% and was 3rd in overall FG%. He graduated in June 2009 as a Political Science major, with a 3.23 cumulative GPA. Upon his graduation in June 2009, he returned to Union's program as an assistant coach for two seasons. While there he assisted in all facets of the game, including recruiting, scouting, and individual player development. He currently the Assitant Mens Basketball coach at FDU University .Over the past 8 summers he has worked at LuHi Summer Programs basketball camp in Brookville, Long Island, where he helped mentor and coach players ages 10-17. Coach Ciresi brings with him a wide array of experience, having dealt with the game of basketball at a variety of levels. His passion for the game is a welcomed asset to the Amoney program.
Coach Dan Pritsker was a multiple sports athletic growing up. He thrived on the basketball court as well the soccer field and on the baseball diamond. However Dan wanted to concentrate on basketball and was rewarded with all his hard work. Dan was a 3 year varsity player at Westfield High school. He was the all-time leader in 3 point shooting at 47 % behind the arc. He was voted too many All Star teams and numerous camps. Since graduating from York College of PA, Coach Dan has run numerous basketball clinic, camps, & private lessons. This past winter, Dan was selected and a paid coach for the 8thgrade Westfield travels boys basketball team and lead them to an impressive record of 20 wins and only 7 losses. His infectious energy, passion, competitiveness, knowledge of the game and love for the game are second to none. We could not be any more excited to welcome Dan to the AmoneySportz Family!
Coach Salvatore Poccia attended Parsippany Hills High. At Parsippany Hills he was a multiple sport athlete playing both basketball and soccer. In his senior year, he was the captain of the basketball team. Along with playing basketball and soccer in high school he helped coach an intramural soccer team for the Parsippany Soccer Club in his sophomore and junior years. Since graduating he has picked up the whistle and become a full time coach! This past winter of 2011-2012 he coached the Parsippany PAL team. After that, he started his own successful AAU program called United Basketball having multiple teams. He was the owner and Head Coach of the program. Coach Marc has since recruited Coach Sal to become part of the Amoney Coaching team and now will be a main stay and coach with the Amoney program this Fall season! Coach Sal is a firm believer in working as a team and not individually. He preaches teamwork, hard work, and dedication. We are more than excite to have him become part of the Amoney Sportz Family!
Coach Mike Leipzig was a standout player for the Morris County Bulls AAU Program (Nationally Ranked) and was the captain who led the Parsippany Hills High School basketball team to the Morris Country Championship Game. Coach Mike has participated in multiple adult leagues and has worked at various basketball camps such as Middle States Basketball Camp and Five Star Basketball Camp. Currently Coach Mike is a seventh grade mathematics teacher at Christopher Columbus Middle School in Clifton, New Jersey. In addition Coach Mike is currently a high school basketball coach at Parsippany High School. Coach Mike is an inspirational leader who loves coaching basketball and motivating kids to encourage them to be the best that they can be.
Coach Ted Sochaski has been involved with the game of basketball for over 27 years. Whether fulfilling his role as coach or player, he has never stopped loving the game.
Ted is the all time leading scorer in Belleville High School Boys Basketball, having scored 1,742 points. His passion for the game lead him back to Belleville High School where he was the Head Varsity Boys Basketball Coach from 2007 - 2012.
The 2011-2012 season was one to remember... Belleville hosted its first North II Group 3 home playoff game in the program's history and finished the season tying the all time win mark.
Ted coaches boys 8th - 12th grade AAU teams and has lead his players to league and tournament championships. Coach Ted also had many accomplishments in college including Upsala College 1988 - 1990 and

Coach Mesha Laguerre attended New Jersey City University, with a degree in International Business. She was a varsity starter throughout her high school career then went on to play basketball in college . She has a very strong work ethic that she will install in all of the kids. She has been coaching basketball from the elementary all the way through college for the last few years. Her passion and teaching methods will be a great addition to the Amoney Family.
Coach Greg DePugh will be in his first year coaching with the Amoney staff. Having graduated from Parsippany Hills high school, Greg was a 3 sport varsity athlete having earned 9 varsity letters in basketball, baseball and football. He was named captain of all 3 sports his senior year and he was a two time captain for basketball. Greg was a first team all state group 3 football player and a all county basketball player his junior year. He continued playing quarterback at the Divison 1 collegiate level at Monmouth University for 5 years. He is finishing up his student teaching this semester so he can receive his Masters in education for Physical education and health. Greg has been around sports his entire life and looks forward to teaching kids the knowledge he has gained from his years of experience.
