We are very pleased to announce we are doing something VERY , VERY EXCITING FOR THIS TEAM FOR SUMMER !
We will be playing in an OVERNIGHT tournament in Wildwood NJ. This is going to be an AMAZING experience for the Team! A special bonding experience, playing in a different venue against teams from all over NJ and many other states! I truly believe this will be an experience that no-one will wont to miss out on: This will be about the experience !
A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS:
1. There will be NO additional cost for your son to play in this tournament as far as to pay Amoney: We will be handling team entry fee etc .
BUT:
2. There are ADDITONAL cost to please consider that are not controlled by us to think about before commiting to play in this tournament: There will be Hotel cost- WOULD RECCOMEND BOOKING ASAP (more to follow below), Entry fee for tournament into Gym ( These type of tournaments I have seen up to $20-30 per person for entry- I will try to find out what they are charging:) Food , and other entertainment etc.
TOURNAMENT DETAILS:
LOCATION: WILWOOD CONVENTION CENTER : 4051 BOARDWALK , WILDWOORD NJ --(ABOUT A 3 HOUR DRIVE FOR MOST )
DATES: SATURDAY & SUNDAY JUNE 22ND & 23RD
TIMES: WE WILL NOT KNOW THE TIMES OF GAMES UNTIL A FEW DAYS BEFORE JUNE 22ND: I HAVE ASKED FOR OUR GAMES TO START 10:00AM AND AFTER ON SATURDAY (NOT THE 8AM OR 9AM SLOTS)- SO IT IS POSSIBLE TO DRIVE DOWN VERY EARLY SATURDAY AM AND NOT STAY OVER FRIDAY JUST SATURDAY :
HOTELS: Tournament Director states - Many Teams , players stay in Atlantic City, Northfield , and surrounding areas as Wildwood hotels are much more pricey . ( Where you decide to stay is totally up to each family )- We can not get a block of rooms at any hotel I have tried many
already:
